  1. cutover strategy and communication plans for thousands of associates in sales and marketing  for North American SAP  implementations

  2. Piloted Business Excellence process for Nestle with a go-forward plan of developing an Integrated Commercial Plan and the

  3. deployment of Nestlé’s largest project ever for both U.S. & Canada

  4. Orchestrated a  continuity plan for North American markets in event of SAP outage

  5. Design of communication strategy for SAP cutovers. including -  including presentations, action plans, intranet web site
