  • Transformation design of existing paper-based processes to accommodate a fully electronic environment in a phased, multi-year project approach that will target specific business outcomes for each year. 
 
  • Providing expertise in strategic evaluation and analysis of the Justice system and its business processes.

    • This includes recommendations and developing solutions to address the business challenges for all core business functions in all courts for the digital transformation.

 

  • Lead role in the strategic evaluation of the organization’s current systems and processes. This includes analyzing business needs, and make recommendations and develop solutions to address their business challenges and future state of a digital system.

    • Key areas of responsibility: Legislation, Regulation, Policy, Judicial Independence, Business Intelligence, Information and Case Management

  • Nestle embarked on the largest global project in its history - A complete GLOBAL Enterprise Resource Implmentation and Business Process Re engineering
  •  I led the Sales and Marketing Implmentation teams for North America

Curriculum and deployment of learning for over 500 employees including - training materials, training super users (train the trainers), presentations, action plans, intranet website,  customer communication for all U.S/Canadian customer teams
 
  • Design of communication strategy for enterprise wide cutovers. including - customer communication for all U.S. and Canadian customer teams including presentations, action plans, intranet website

  • Led the design and performance, direction and development of the sustainability program; that supports the triple bottom line utilizing the Global Reporting Initiative as a reporting tool. 

  • Sustainability reporting develops the value of a firm and can be associated with improved returns on capital, risk management and overall management quality.

  • Edmonton International Airport
